Cancellation Policy

Private Coaching Booking & Scheduling Policy Welcome to Rooted Women Lead Differently! We look forward to walking alongside you throughout your coaching journey. Please review the following guidelines before reserving your sessions. 1. Reserving Your Sessions Upon enrollment, you will select one available day and time for your private coaching sessions. Your selected time will be reserved exclusively for you and will remain the same throughout your 6-week or 12-week coaching journey. You only need to book once. 2. Scheduling Availability All booking times are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Once your reservation is confirmed, that time is held for you for the duration of your coaching journey. 3. Rescheduling & Cancellations We understand that unexpected circumstances arise. If you need to request a schedule change, please contact RWLD at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Rescheduling is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Clients cannot independently change their reservations through the booking system. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without notice will generally be considered used and will not be rescheduled, except where otherwise required by law or agreed upon by RWLD. 4. Late Arrivals Sessions begin and end at their scheduled times. Arriving late does not extend your session. If you are more than 15 minutes late without communication, your session may be considered a missed appointment. 5. Coach-Initiated Schedule Changes If RWLD must cancel or reschedule a session, you will be notified and provided an opportunity to reschedule without losing that session. 6. Coaching Journey Cancellations Canceling your entire coaching journey is governed by the Coaching Agreement and Cancellation & Refund Policy accepted during enrollment. Canceling a booking does not automatically cancel your coaching agreement or any remaining payment obligations. By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and understand this Booking & Scheduling Policy.**
